Eilan Pool Buildings- Hospitality
Location: San Antonio, TX - Contract Value: $51,705Eilan Hotel Resort & Spa is an upscale hotel in San Antonio, which combines the style of an intimate boutique hotel with the splendor of a world-class luxury resort. Hill Bros. erected the steel structure and placed all concrete elements (both structural and decorative) for the resort's signature outdoor pool buildings.
Merle Norman- Retail
Location: Salado, TX - Contract Value: $50,000Main Street in this quaint Central Texas town is a lively marketplace with over 60 shops and artists' galleries. The Hill Bros team worked with a local entrepreneur to convert an existing building into the area's first Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio. Our scope included interior design to meet corporate requirements and client's preferences, installing new electrical, CAT 5 and Ethernet lines, new interior walls to create office area and all finish-out elements, including custom display, studio and register cabinets and extensive lighting display systems.
Luxury Inn- Hospitality
Location: Kenedy, TX - Contract Value:$750,000Located in the heart of the Eagle Ford Shale activity, the owners of this hospitality establishment wanted to update their location by adding a new porte-cochère and a new 5,000+ square foot facility to include the property amenity center and owner living quarters. Hill Bros. was chosen as the design/build manager to oversee both the design and construction of the facility.
Safety
Hill Bros. has a robust safety program in place to prevent worksite accidents. All managers are required to complete OSHA 30-hour certification. In addition, all front line supervisors, workers and subcontractors must abide by our safety program and standards. As a result of our safe work practices, Hill Bros. has not had any lost time accidents in the past five years.
